I have nothing positive to say about the company. Employers are exploitative; the official salary is minimal, with the rest paid under the table. Overtime isn't occasional; it's a general rule and goes unpaid, with an expectation for employees to work beyond regular hours. They are extremely unpleasant towards their staff, often yelling and subjecting them to uncomfortable scenes from personal lives. They belittle and humiliate, assuming that you are available 24/7. It's emotional abuse in the truest sense of the word. Even the employees themselves are demoralized. Those who endure there for a longer time are typically individuals who completely give up their private lives. They frequently cut corners on salaries, pile up excessive work, and refuse to hire enough people to get it done.
