I have worked in this company for 11 months and waited 7 months to get a project to work on. I was on the so-called "bench", where you are waiting for them, one of the 10 IT companies in the world, and was shocked that they put me, as a Junior Spring boot developer for the "Team leader" as a main backend developer for a really big project for EU. We were supposed to have a full stack developer on the team but that girl knew almost NOTHING about Java, and don't even know how she got that position, so veryyy bad leading from such a huge company, and I was in trouble because I had nobody in the team to even start the project. I have complained and when god a help from a girl in Spain but to work only 4 hours each day for 3 weeks only, because she was divided between two projects, and she was obligated to be on a daily meeting and she was doing that max 2times a week, complaining that she has no time, but that was not true, the manager told us that she had put there to be first 4hrs and daily is of course in the morning. Without almost any help from her, she left and the project was stalling so badly, I tried to convince all the people I tried to reach above me, about 4-5 people but no result. After that, what else to expect then but to be fired, me and a few guys from the testing team. The pay was not so bad, but about work -think for yourself, but I STRONGLY do not suggest this c
