About us

Naovis is a software company founded in Novi Sad (Republic of Serbia), in March 2011. Naovis team is specialised in the development, maintenance and operations of long-term software solutions for international financial institutions based, mainly, in Switzerland and Europe. 

Our team is composed of more than 80 highly qualified specialists, most of which are based in Serbia (Novi Sad), Luxembourg and Switzerland. From 2022 we founded company in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina.  We tend to grow slowly and strategically so we could keep up with changes. Our strength is that we always strive to listen our employees and improve ourselves. Long-term satisfaction and quality is our way of doing things and that is the mind set that we appreciate in our employees.

We believe in growth and development of people, so we have online platforms for learning and we stimulate employees to take additional courses that they believe could be useful to them and the company.

After applying to our company our HR will contact you with feedback, depending on the open positions.

If we have open position that you are interested in and you fit into profile we are looking for, we will arrange HR call and interview. This interview usually last about 30 minutes, and it is not an elimination interview, except in cases when we see on the start that we have different goals.

Next step is technical interview, depending on the position, it can last for 2 hours. Through interactive conversation you tell us what you know and what your potentials are.

At the end you receive feedback and potentially we discuss terms of cooperation.
