I completed two interview rounds for the QA role. From the first round, I made clear that I am junior and applied to learn and grow in QA. Despite this, the second round focused heavily on senior-level questions, making the discussion feel more like an interrogation than an interview. In total, I invested over three hours, including a 1.5–2 hour assessment, only to be told a “better fit” was found. This was disappointing and felt misaligned with the expectations set from the start.

HR intervju je prošao ok. HR je predstavio kompaniju, uslove. Ja sam predstavila sebe, svoje iskustvo. Bilo je situacionih pitanja. Posle mi je poslat zadatak za testiranje nekog sajta, za pisanje TC, BG, i automatizacije. Nisam dobila odgovor posle predatog zadatka.
