Coming to Qnit, I experienced the phrase "be human first", which is unattainable for many companies. It means creating an empathetic environment that allows coworkers to be transparent, and ask for help when needed, encouraging people to open up, so employees can talk without fear and managers can listen without judgment. Above all, I have the privilege of working with excellent colleagues on challenging projects. And the chance to be a step forward in my professional career.

I have been with Qnit since August 2021. A friend recommended the company to me with very nice words, which I was convinced of as soon as I started working. Although we have the option of working from home, I'm happy to come in office, where I have a great team and perfect working conditions (with a view from the 14th floor). After working hours, workshops are often organized, in the form of wine tasting, beer drinking, playing board games... Professional training is practiced (even desirable), in the form of certificates (ISTQB, Tosca, various code-based tools for automation). As for projects, a variety of tools are used, where your opinions and suggestions are appreciated, communication with fellow developers and clients is excellent. All in all, working at Qnit is a very nice experience, where you have the opportunity to develop yourself in the direction you choose.

I joined the PRODYNA company over 4 years ago having only one year experience in the IT field at that point. Right after the first interview with Milica (MD of Qnit Serbia) I knew PRODYNA was the right choice for my further development in the IT industry. Before becoming Qnit (quality daughter company of PRODYNA) we were a small QA family in Belgrade office counting less than 10 people where I started gaining my first experience and knowledge as a test specialist in a very collaborative team atmosphere with continuous knowledge exchange and support. Now, as part of the Qnit group with over 40 people, and with several successful projects behind me, I am responsible for organizing and controlling the whole testing process in delivering high quality software. Qnit is a great company for personal growth and development, and I am truly thankful for the opportunity to get in touch and work with various tools and trying out different roles in different projects until I have discovered that the test management path is the one I want to develop myself and support other colleagues with the same preferences.

Working at Qnit for over a year now has been one of my best business decisions I have made. From the first day, I was welcomed with a smile and positive energy that can really make your day and make everything effortless. People first at Qnit is not just a slogan a lot of companies use but never do anything for their employees because Qnit makes you feel as a part of the family, takes great interest in developing your skills, focuses on your mental and physical health therefore people are first. The core of every company are people. People at Qnit nurture great culture, team spirit and make me feel comfortable and accepted in every possible way thus a working day passes really quickly when you work at a job you love surrounded by people that share the same experience.
