Selection process

RBT selection process consists of several steps, all conducted online and with efficiency in mind:


  • Application review: We'll review your CV and reply promptly, regardless of the outcome!
  • Initial interview: A welcome talk, to learn more about your background, experiences and aspirations.
  • Technical Assessment: This step may include an English language test, an interview with one or more Team or Project Leaders, a Task assignement, and a live coding test to evaluate the candidate's abilities.
  • Final offer: Our HR team will outline our daily workflow, discuss compensation details and present a financial offer for your condsideration.
