We are Red Black Tree, a Serbian software company with over 10 years of experience working for clients from EU and USA.

QA analiyst

U RBT-u sam počeo da radim kao manuelni tester, i od samog početka radim na zanimljivim projektima sa sjajnim kolegama. Ljudi su posvećeni, veoma stručni i rado dele znanje. U neposrednom radu sa kolegama developerima naučio sam i puno stvari koje nisu direktno vezane za QA. Kako kompanija polaže na edukaciju svakog svog zaposlenog, dobio sam priliku da se oprobam i u pisanju automatskih testova. Kada bi trebalo da izdvojim 3 stvari zbog kojih preporučujem Red-Black Tree, to bi bili sjajni ljudi, zanimljivi projekti i prilike za učenje i razvoj u svakom pogledu.

U kompaniji Red-Black Tree sam počeo da radim pre nešto više od godinu dana na poziciji Junior Software Developer-a. Obzirom da sam ovde od početka okružen veoma iskusnim kolegama, mogao sam vrlo brzo da učim, napredujem i osamostalim se u izvršavanju kompleksnih taskova. U kompaniji se visoko vrednuje inovativnost i kontinuirano se uvode nove tehnologija i obogaćuje celokupan tehnološki stack. Pored toga, vlada sjajna atmosfera i timski duh, pa sam za kratko vreme ostvario blizak i potpuno otvoren odnos sa kolegama.

U Red-Black Tree sam došao pre skoro 5 godina na poziciju DevOps Engineer i do danas sam bio deo raznih timova developera. Zbog različitih potreba projekata imao sam prilike da se upoznam i usavršavam na novim i modernim tehnologijama i upravo zbog te dinamike volim da radim u RBT-u. Vremenom sam preuzeo i ulogu mentora novim kolegama što mi je pružilo priliku da usavršavam nove veštine.

Već pet godina sam deo Red-Black Tree kolektiva. Ovde sam počela svoju profesionalnu karijeru kao Backend Developer. Ono što mi se ovde posebno dopada je mogućnost za unapređivanje veština po svim dimenzijama. Puno pažnje se poklanja mentorstvu i redovnim feedback sesijama na kojima se prati progres i diskutuje o ličnim afinitetima i budućim prilikama. Na ovim feedback sesijama koje sam imala sa nadređenima prepoznate su i moje “netehničke” veštine i omogućeno mi je da se dalje razvijam i u pravcu vođenja tima i samog projekta, na poziciji Team Lead-a na kojoj sam sad.

Project Lead Senior

U kompaniji Red-Black Tree sam od samog početka. Počeo sam na poziciji Backend developer-a, a imao sam priliku da se razvijam kroz različite uloge, probam i usavršim različite tehnologije, sarađujem sa različitim ljudima, vodim male i velike timove i projekte. Ono što je bilo konstantno u svemu tome su sjajne kolege i prijateljska atmosfera, koji su ključno obeležje kompanije. Pored toga, imamo stabilne dugoročne saradnje sa klijentima za koje razvijamo kompletne sisteme i platforme, što nam pruža kontrolu nad celokupnim procesom razvoja, a ne samo delovima, što je meni lično jako važno..

Selection process

RBT selection process consists of several steps, all conducted online and with efficiency in mind:

Application review: We'll review your CV and reply promptly, regardless of the outcome!
Initial interview: A welcome talk, to learn more about your background, experiences and aspirations.
Technical Assessment: This step may include an English language test, an interview with one or more Team or Project Leaders, a Task assignement, and a live coding test to evaluate the candidate's abilities.
Final offer: Our HR team will outline our daily workflow, discuss compensation details and present a financial offer for your condsideration.
