Key Responsibilites:
- Working as a full-stack developer on various project and products
- Working with 3rd-party APIs
- Working on different integration scenarios
- Setting up project structure and architecture
- Being involved in full project development, from writing a specification to deploying a finished product
Requirements:
- Good software development fundamentals and knowledge of .NET architecture concepts & patterns
- Good knowledge of software design patterns
- Good knowledge of databases and database design
- Experience in working with microservices is a big plus
- The ability to work in a big team but also to work independently
- Excellent communication skills

Za ovih 2 god. koliko se nalazim u kompaniji Diligent, upoznao sam puno kvalitetnih, pametnih i pre svega dobrih ljudi od kojih je moguce puno novih stvari naučiti što je doprinelo dosta mom napretku u poslu koji volim. Firma cesto organizuje neke evente gde ljudi posle posla i posle naporne nedelje mogu da se opuste i druze medjusobno. Pored toga postoje benefiti kao sto su privatno zdravstveno i penziono osoguranje i benefiti po zelji koji se biraju na benefits.rs platforimi. Postoje evaluacije na svakih 6 meseci sto dodatno pospesuje ljude da rade na sebi u tom periodu kako bi napredovali, s toga je i plata prilicno zadovoljavajuca. Ne postoji hiararhija izmedju suvlasnika, team leadov-a i ljudi koji su na nizim pozicijama sto mi se dodatno svidja, vec je tu svako za svakoga i svako je voljan da pomogne ako postoji bilo kakav problem/ne razumevanje (tako je u mom timu, nadam se da tako funkcionisu i ostali timovi u firmi). Sve u svemu Diligent je jedno pozitivno iskustvo koje mi se dogodilo, pored znanjan, iskustva i napredovanja koje sam tamo stekao, stekao sam i jako dobre prijatelje i kolege sa kojima pored posla mogu i u privatnom zivotu da se druzim.

Nekad neki projekti umeju da budu jako naporni ali uz dobar kolektiv ovo nije toliki problem.
