About Us

Booscala is a creative performance agency helping eCommerce brands scale profitably on Amazon and Shopify. We're passionate about performance marketing, and now we're looking for a talented AI Ad Creative Editor who can produce scroll-stopping ad creatives at speed.

You'll own the full video ad pipeline, from concept to final cut, using AI tools to move fast.

Your Mission

You'll be responsible for producing high-converting video ads across Amazon, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The right person blends creative instinct with AI workflows to produce volume without compromising on quality.

You move fast, test often, and let data guide your next cut.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of hands-on experience on video editing for eCommerce.
• Strong portfolio of short-form video ads (UGC-style, product demos, before/afters, testimonials)
  Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools
• Understanding of what makes ads convert: hooks, pacing, CTAs
• Ability to produce high volume ad variations per week
• Comfortable working with product footage, UGC clips, and AI-generated assets
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude: we need someone who ships, not waits
• English fluency

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form video ads for Amazon, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Build and maintain a creative testing pipeline: new hooks, formats, angles weekly
• Use AI tools to accelerate production (AI avatars, voice cloning, scene generation, auto-editing)
• Edit UGC content, product demos, and testimonial-style videos
• Create multiple ad variations from a single concept for A/B testing
• Collaborate with the brand and marketing team on creative briefs and seasonal campaigns
• Stay ahead of platform trends, ad formats, and AI creative tools
• Analyze ad performance data to inform future creative direction
• Build a library of reusable templates, intros, hooks, and CTAs

Contract

• Contractor, paid via Deel.com. Full time

Compensation

• +$2,000/month - paid via Deel.com
• 15 paid vacation days and paid public Serbian holidays
• Open to higher base pay for candidates with a strong portfolio and proven ROAS track record
