AI Automation Specialist

We’re helping a company in the AI and automation solutions industry find a proactive and versatile Automation Specialist to design, build, and implement AI-powered automation workflows. You’ll work closely with the founder to deliver solutions that help institutions and businesses streamline processes, improve efficiency, and scale operations.

Part-time: Minimum of 25 hours per week (can grow to more hours)
Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $800-1200 (based on a 25-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement automation workflows across business operations
• Set up and connect tools like CRMs, Google Forms, chatbots, and AI voice assistants
• Build with no-code/low-code platforms such as Make and N8N
• Collaborate with the founder to define workflow needs and translate them into working automations
• Document workflows and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Stay up to date with automation and AI trends to suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, N8N)
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, ideally those used in schools, institutions, or professional services
• Ability to build end-to-end automation flows with minimal supervision
• Strong spoken and written English (must be clearly understandable to UK-based clients)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with chatbots, AI voice tools, or smart form automation
• Familiarity with education technology tools or CRMs used in schools/institutions
