About the position:

• Create and maintain conversational AI chatbot solutions using natural language processing and machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement chatbot interactions that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Develop and optimize code to enhance chatbot performance, accuracy, and user experience.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to improve chatbot understanding and responses.
• Integrate chatbot platforms with various systems and APIs to enable seamless interactions.
• Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI chatbot technology.

Requirements for Application:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or final year student in technical fields (IT).
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, Python, C++.
• Required experience in using Conversational AI platforms based utilizing RAG and LLMs, OpenAI, especially open source LLM models as llama, gemma and other models.
• Experience building applications using AWS infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience building chatbots and virtual assistants.
