AI Machine Learning Engineer

We are starting a new AI Team at Masterwork Automodules to lead innovation with Large Language Models (LLMs) and applied AI. As one of the first team members, you will help shape how AI is built and integrated into products used worldwide.

Your Role

• Work with LLMs (open-source and commercial) to fine-tune and adapt them for real-world applications.
• Build and optimize machine learning models and pipelines using Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow. 
• Apply LLMs to tasks such as document analysis, code generation, natural language understanding, and automation.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate AI models into our platforms and solutions.
• Stay up to date with the fast-moving AI ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in Python and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Knowledge or experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, open-source models).
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) basics.
• Motivation to grow into a specialist for applied AI and LLMs.
• Ability to work full-time from our Belgrade office (no remote/hybrid).

Nice to Have

• Experience with fine-tuning or prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
