We're looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, scale, and continuously improve the cloud infrastructure powering real-time production systems.

You'll work closely with development teams to create reliable, secure, and efficient AWS environments, improve deployment processes, and ensure our production systems remain stable and performant.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure — ECS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, API Gateway (HTTP API), ElastiCache/Redis (Valkey), S3 and related services
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Actions
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code — AWS CDK (TypeScript), CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, API Gateway access logs, IIS logs)
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance and costs
• Manage IAM roles, policies, and access (including IAM Identity Center / SSO integrations), with a strong focus on least-privilege principles
• Work on multi-region and multi-environment setups (dev/stage/prod, infrastructure replication across regions)
• Maintain a strong focus on security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Collaborate with development teams to automate deployment processes (including ECS microservices and Lambda functions)
• Administer and maintain both Windows and Linux server environments (Ubuntu, Windows Server), including user/access management, patching, and system-level troubleshooting
• Administer office networking equipment (MikroTik routers) and configure/maintain site-to-site VPN tunnels between offices and cloud environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and production issues (IAM permission problems, Lambda invocation errors, cross-service access, and similar)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our DevOps practices, tooling, and cloud architecture

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS
• Strong experience administering Windows and Linux server environments
• Experience configuring and maintaining MikroTik routers and site-to-site VPN tunnels
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with IaC tools — Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Working knowledge of Bash and/or Python scripting
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and cloud security
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows
• Experience with serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway) is a plus
• Experience managing IAM/SSO environments (IAM Identity Center, Active Directory integrations) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other technical teams
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• AWS certifications are considered a plus
