Responsibilities:
- Communication and relationship management with existing clients in English (invoicing, upselling, technical support, initial diagnostics, coordination with the technical department and sales department).
- Communication with inbound leads on Intercom (messaging platform), objection handling, negotiation, deal closure.
Requirements:
- IT industry experience of at least 2 years (preference will be given to candidates with experience).
- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Interest in IT technologies, startups, and the internet.
- Attention to detail, independence, and diligence.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and explore new things.
- Politeness, the ability to calmly and respectfully advocate for your position.
- There will be a lot of work with numbers, tests, and searching for information on the internet.
- Technical background and experience in online projects.
