Founded in 2015, with headquarters in London, Nano Interactive currently employs 80+ people across the UK, Germany, US, and Serbia. Right now, we are looking for an experienced media buyer to join our high-performing Ad Operations team in the Belgrade office.
Key responsibilities:
- Set-up and launch display, video and native programmatic digital marketing campaigns based on clients’ objectives and expectations
- Monitor and optimize live campaigns in multiple DSPs (Xandr, DV360) and SSPs to achieve clients’ goals
- Control publishers traffic, search terms, performance and yield
- Utilize reports to troubleshoot technical and delivery issues impacting campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues with programmatic deals and onsite creatives
- Communicate with internal and external teams regarding any technical and content questions
- Recommend changes to improve operational processes
- Documentation of best practices, FAQs
Operational skills can be taught and perfected. What sets a good candidate from a great candidate apart is their innate inclination for the world of digital.

- Solid understanding of the Ad Tech industry
- History of managing digital campaigns

Desirable Skills:
- Ideally Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or other relevant fields
- DSP or SSP knowledge is an advantage
- Hands on experience of brand safety/ ad verification tools is desirable
- Experience with other Media buying platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google AdWords) will be considered a plus
- Solid knowledge of Excel (it’s pivotal)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is desirable, but not a must
