We are looking for:
Analyst ERP Applications Operations and Authentication
Ardagh Metal Packaging Serbia
Group IT analyst focusing on SAP ERP Authorizations, Application Management Support (SAP AMS) and landscape management.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Acting as Group IT analyst for our functional business units and their process owners in terms of operational excellence on SAP authorizations and corresponding process enhancements
- Aligning with suppliers on contract requirements and changes in coordination with IT Services/Contract management
- Supporting Group IT processes to grant SAP authorizations
- Preparing and supporting overall performance and status reporting within area of responsibility
- Organizing and managing SAP ERP system landscape to ensure secure and reliable system & applications operation, e.g., OS, DB, SAP patches and upgrades, etc.
- Providing up-to-date SAP ERP system landscape and application documentation, e.g., Service and Operations Handbook (SOHB), Knowledge Capturing Documents (KCD), etc.
- Proactively ensuring continuous process improvement for SAP AMS & Authorization ticket lifecycle management and incident management process including appropriate user communication
- Supporting ITGC responsible role for SAP system in scope of SOx
- Supporting SOx ITGC audits and satisfy requests of security team
- Leading and/or assisting projects of various sizes with internal as well as external team members
- Guiding external consultants on support cases & projects while ensuring “best cost value” for the group
Requirements:
- Business or Computer Science degree (or equivalent)
- Business process & operations experience in Production industries or Logistics is beneficial
- Profound knowledge of SAP ERP systems, especially on applications support and operations and their integration with other SAP Cloud and on-premises solutions & non-SAP solutions as well as upstream integrations to e.g. Reporting, etc.
- Expert on computer systems (applications and technology) or comparable experience
- Experience in supporting and consulting SAP ERP applications (or equivalent)
- Ability to analyze business process requirements and specify solutions
- Experience in international projects as team member or project lead
- Confident self-starter with effective client-facing communication and rapport building skills to ensure results in a cross-functional and multi-stakeholder organization
- Taking ownership on the resolution of incidents and fulfillment of service requests
- Team-player, open for travelling
- Fluency in English
