This is you

• A minimum of 3 years of related work experience with ServiceNow administration and DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.
• Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred (ITILv3 or ITILv4 Foundation).
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules, workflows, and custom applications.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of ITSM data models, reporting, and data governance.
• Self-motivated and driven to stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Certifications like: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer will be considered as an advantage.

This is your role

• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
• Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes
• Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades
• Develop systems integrations and process automation
• Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows
• General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications
• Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices
• Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems
• Assists with report configuration and maintenance
