What we are looking for:
- Individuals with a foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, Database concepts (SQL), coding and scripting, business analysis etc.
- Tech enthusiasts with a basic tech background or those who have attended tech-related courses
- Professionals with insurance knowledge and basic tech principles, eager to enhance their technical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning
- Ability to commit to a full-time 3-month program, with 2 weeks on premise in our beautiful offices
- Ability to communicate in English at an upper-intermediate level
