We are searching for a

Application Support Specialist

in Belgrade, Serbia

You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, analysis and resolving tickets and production monitoring of ORACLE FlexCube core banking system for multiple banks, members of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, as well as maintaining our internal documentations, and be a team member for various international ICT projects.

• Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
• Knowledge of ORACLE FlexCube core banking system (which will be considered as advantage)
• Experience in troubleshooting issues and system monitoring
• Familiarity with processes and products in financial industry
• Attention-to-detail skills
• Advanced English, written and spoken
• Proactivity and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision

• Good in interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly proactive, independent, and self-organized
• Energetic and cooperative team member, with good problem-solving skills
• Motivated and flexible
• Talented to easily connect and coordinate between different parties involved including work with external partners in international business environment

• Make sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Write PL/SQL queries and scripts
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by our clients
• Monitor core banking systems in multiple banks in Intesa Sanpaolo Group
• Maintain internal documentation related to processes, statuses, and reports
• Be actively involved in project related activities through different project stages
• Work closely with our international colleagues
• Apply good professional practice and recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness
