Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing support for users of various application solutions
- Creating user manuals
- Conducting training for application users
- First Level Support
- Continuous acquisition of knowledge regarding new features of software products
- Ensure timely execution of tasks within the Department's scope of responsibilities.
- Prepare detailed information, reports, and analyses within the unit's responsibilities.
- Work continuously on tasks until completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Evaluate and provide support and procedural documentation.
- Design customized reports to provide personnel with tailored information.
- Establish strong working relationships with colleagues from the engineering division, business units, vendors, and other contributors.
- Collaborate closely with team members and clients to design, develop, implement, and test configuration and functional changes to applications.
Academic Background:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics, or a related field.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of software technologies
- Proficiency in software design and implementation methodologies
- Knowledge of relational database technologies
- Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and judgment abilities
- Communication skills
- Proficiency in English
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in an application support role
- Experience supporting mission-critical information systems.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases
