We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Specialist (AI Specialist) to spearhead our AI projects and drive innovation.

Our team within EtonDigital consists of 65+ developers, designers, marketing experts and many other top-notch IT professionals who work together on exciting projects and keep abreast of the latest trends in the IT industry. 

Now we are looking for a highly motivated employee for the position of an Artificial Intelligence Specialist that offers you the opportunity to join a fast-growing technology organisation that is shifting productivity paradigms in the software engineering industry. 

Responsibilities

• Suggest, implement and optimise cutting-edge AI Solutions to solve complex problems 
• Drive the development of intelligent systems that revolutionise industries and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and identify opportunities for AI solutions
• Develop and integrate AI algorithms and models into existing systems or develop new applications
• Design and implement AI models for improved performance and accuracy 
• Develop, valuate, and validate models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data for training and testing AI models
• Deploy AI solutions in production environments and ensuring they operate smoothly
• Document processes, algorithms and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and results to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and make recommendations for future development
• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines and legal regulations
• Address issues related to bias, fairness, and transparency in AI models
• Attend all relevant meetings
• Build further AI team and expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Programming, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex machine learning algorithms and models
• Understanding of the business side of technology and how it contributes to the company’s overall success – good knowledge of business strategy, market dynamics, and customer needs
• Experience working with large datasets and data pre-processing techniques
• Experience with LLMs
• Experience in scaling teams is an advantage
• Strong client-facing experience
• Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
• Ability and willingness to mentor team members
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent English language skills
