Your role:
- Take control of a mobile game that is live on mobile stores and manage its day to day operations;
- Plan and deliver game features that will keep your game fresh from conception to release;
- Coordinate the efforts of various departments, including frontend, art, and backend;
- Ensure all content is developed within expected deadlines, specifications, and quality standards;
- Oversee the various KPIs that measure the success of your game and actively look for ways to improve them;
- Work closely with LiveOps, Player Support, and QA teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output;
- Work with both in-house and remote teams;
- Be a center point of knowledge regarding your game.
About you:
- You are passionate about games and deeply understand F2P games, gaming ecosystems, and game design;
- You have an analytical mindset and can leverage data to drive decision-making;
- You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, player support, and game development teams, to prioritize and execute product initiatives;
- You are a reliable team player who can work independently and take full responsibility for your projects;
- You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Passionate about strategy and mobile games;
- Experience with live games;
- Can summarize dashboards full of data into simple conclusions for your teammates;
