We are looking for: Automotive Software Engineer
Required qualifications:
- Technical degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in embedded software development
- Knowledge in C/C++, Python, Shell scripting programming and debugging
- Knowledge in Linux embedded software development (Yocto platform development or other Linux embedded distribution)
- Knowledge in Linux based systems (user space, kernel and device driver development)
- Experience in designing and developing cross-platform code in C and C++
Nice to have:
- Experience with cellular technologies
- Experience with WiFi, bluetooth, network and M2M protocools
- Experience with RF and radio transceivers
- Experience in various peripheral technologies, including low-speed peripheral and high-speed peripheral bussies i.e. I2C, SPI, UART, USB,PCIe, I2S
Job description:
- Actively participating in design and implement robust, scalable, and secure embedded Linux systems for automotive applications using the Yocto Project
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization to meet the stringent requirements of the automotive industry
- Integrate and configure various hardware components, including sensors, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools
- Active participation in meetings with customers when needed
- Document your work and share knowledge with the broader engineering team
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain the highest quality standards
