We’re Hiring: Backend Developer Junior (Python)
If you're eager to grow your backend skills, enjoy solving technical challenges, and are excited about working with Python, this could be the ideal role for you!
- University degree in computer science (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a Backend Python developer.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with building REST APIs.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience with code versioning tools (e.g. Git).
- Familiarity with Backend standards and Web technologies.
- Interest or experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or LLM applications is considered a strong asset.
- Understanding of data processing, ETL pipelines, and modern data warehousing concepts is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with a Flask framework is a plus.
- Proactivity and self-determination in every aspect of work.
- Readiness to learn new skills and grow with the company.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable Backend code using Python.
- Communicate effectively about any issues, challenges, or potential problems, ensuring timely and transparent problem-solving.
- Maintain a broad perspective on project goals, ensuring that your work aligns with the overall objectives of the team and the company.
- Collaborate closely with Frontend developers and other team members to create a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintain high standards.

Redovna plata tzv crkavica (negativno: ne prijavljuju na pun iznos plate vec minimalac + bonus. to poture bez ikakve napomene, vecina nazalost i ne primeti na vreme, ukljucujuci i mene). Korsti se dobra oprema. Moze remote, iz kancelarije ili hibrid (imaju kancelarije u BG i Cacku) Ako ste u rodu ili nekom odnosu sa nekim od rukovodstva, napredovacete (ako niste tj citate komentare, bezite glavom bez obzira). Cesti prekovremeni sati koji su bili placeni (npr radis 5 dana prekovremeno po 3h, dobijes jednokratni bonus u visini cene kucnih papuca).
Zamerke
Uzasna kompanijska kultura. Ljudi su im najmanje bitni, a pitaju se zasto ne mogu da zadrze ljude duze od godinu-dve Dok sam bio u firmi molili su zaposlene da ostavljaju pozitivne komentare na sajtovima, ne znam kako je sada, izgleda da je stalo. Koliko cujem firma se raspada, najstabilnji projekat im je jadan i neizvestan. Aktivirali se na drustvenim mrezama, to ce sigurno pomoci... Koliko cujem od kolga koji su jos tamo, vise od pola ih je u procesima trazenja drugog posla jer su jako nezadovoljni. Na projektima developeri trpe veliki pritisak od nadredjenih i ljudi se izrabljuju. Ako ste pocetnik, bezite od ove firme, seniorniji ljudi je svakako ne uzimaju u obzir jer nisu zaposlili ni jednog ozbiljnog mediora/seniora vec nekoliko godina.
