Backend Team Lead

We are seeking a Backend Team Lead to join our team and help build beautiful, complex, and high-performance applications for web and mobile platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our growing company and work with clients from around the world.

What you will do:

• Work on international projects (US, Italy, France, UK)
• Mentor and assist developers with their tasks
• Take responsibility for technical implementation
• Assume a leading role in building technical architecture
• Implement new practices to deliver even better results
• Participate in meetings with clients

What we expect:

• 6+ years of experience specifically in backend development using Node.js.
• Experience with NestJS
• Experience with API, and designing database systems
• Experience with AWS
• Experience in developing and launching apps from scratch
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Good spoken English
