Business Analyst

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with business teams to understand their reporting and analytical needs
• Report to the department lead and discuss actions when required
• Use reporting, analytical, and presentational skills to deliver actionable insights to relevant decision makers
• Develop rich interactive visualizations integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources (using SQL, Excel and other technologies)
• Provide regular insight and analysis, by analyzing large amounts of historical data
• We operate in an extremely fast-paced environment so the ability to prioritize quickly and write/follow processes and procedures will be required

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong reporting and presentational skills
• SQL coding skills against large data sets is considered as a high advantage
• Experience with Python is an advantage
• Analysis, communication, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with other teams
• Excellent written and spoken English

Education:

• Completion of University Degree in the field of computer science or Information Technology
