Due to constant growth of the company we are looking for highly motivated person who would like to be in touch with global trends in the field and will be situated in our office in Belgrade for the following position: BUSINESS ANALYST
Main responsibilities:
- Business and technical knowledge of all solutions that are offered to clients and implemented
- Working with clients to analyze their request (requirements) and propose the best solution for implementation (presales part of the project)
- Working with clients to analyze their request and "mapping" requirements into the solution that is being implemented (explaining how the solution works to the client and finding the best way to fulfill the requirements)
- Defining a required set of documentation provided by the client in order to create functional technical requirements/solution specifications
- Creating functional technical specifications of requests/solutions (with following documentation)
- Working with PM and technical PM in the initial part of the project - defining client’s requirements
- Working with the internal team (development) to clarify the business part of the specification
- Working with the internal team (development) to harmonize the technical part of the specification
- Collaboration with the team (development) for creating solution design
- Training and education
Position requirements:
- University/College degree in IT, Business or related field
- 2+ years experience in (technical) business analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, active listening and customer service
- Good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and standards
