We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Job Functions
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Conduct research and perform data analysis to identify business problems and recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Document functional requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Utilize your knowledge of the IT field to effectively communicate and collaborate with development teams in translating client requests into feasible technical solutions.
- Capture, maintain, and gain approval on requirements from both clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate discovery and requirements gathering sessions, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved.
- Apply emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with clients, bridging any gaps in requirements through effective communication and understanding.
- Make informed decisions and provide industry knowledge to guide and influence business solutions.
- Assist in transforming requirements into Jira Epics, User Stories, and Tasks, ensuring accurate and actionable documentation.
- Create Jira flows or utilize other ticket-based software solutions to track and manage project tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on data analysis.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), such as Tealium, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with Jira or other ticket-based software solutions for project management and documentation.
Logistics
- This position is full-time remote.
- Working hours are flexible, with a need for overlap with our core locations in ET, CET, EET time zones.
- Sometimes, depending on the project, you might be asked to put in some work time outside standard business hours
