Know that person who doesn't leave a birthday party without making at least 3 new friends? The one who remembers everyone's name AND their stories? Or can somehow turn waiting in line at the post office into a networking opportunity? That's the energy we need at Juratech.
We're a band of tech enthusiasts who believe work should be less stressful and more fun. We build amazing software for two types of heroes: brave entrepreneurs launching their dreams, and IT leaders modernizing their digital kingdoms. Now we need someone who can connect these heroes with our superhero developers.
Your Quest:
- Be the bridge between brilliant ideas and our no less brilliant developers
- Navigate two different worlds: The fast-paced startup realm (where everyone has "the next big thing") and the enterprise kingdom (where change is scary but necessary)
- Turn coffee chats and LinkedIn messages into actual projects
- Build relationships that last longer than our code (and our code lasts for a loooong time... like forever)
- You'll be our first dedicated BD person, working with frameworks we've built but with plenty of room to make them better (think jazz, not classical music)
Your Arsenal:
- At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience preferred (but we'll make exceptions for exceptional talent)
- The ability to explain technical concepts without making people's eyes glaze over
- Natural relationship-building superpowers
- Self-motivation that doesn't require constant supervision
- Comfort with both startup hustle and enterprise process
- Fluency in English (bad jokes in English = bonus)
We Need Someone Who:
- Gets genuinely excited about helping businesses succeed
- Can think on their feet and make boring subjects sound fun and inspiring
- Can switch between startup enthusiasm and enterprise professionalism
- Sees "no" as "not yet"
- Values longterm relationships over quick wins
- Actually enjoys networking (we know, rare breed)
- Thinks "figure it out yourself" means freedom, not abandonment
Deal Breakers:
- "Used car salesperson" energy — we build trust, not pressure
- Allergic to CRMs and process — we need organized chaos, not just chaos
- Lone wolves — you'll be our voice in the market, but part of our pack
- "That's not my job" attitude — we all wear multiple hats (stylishly)
- "I would like to try this job" attitude — No, try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try

- Starting base salary €800-€1,500/month net (depending on whether you can sell us a pen during the interview ?️)
