Requirements:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Responsible for building lists of sales leads, then pitching to these prospects to build the company’s client list.
- Contact potential clients through emails
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
- Developing and maintaining relationships with end-users to achieve goals
- Present company to potential clients
- Maintaining and growing existing leads
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Providing prompt responses to all customers
- Identifying opportunities in target markets for organization’s products and services
- Use Salesforce.com to track activity and update account/contact information
- Working more broadly with AE's for Market and Industry Expansion
- Prospect into a target account list ranging from the Fortune 500 to medium-sized organizations; forming relationships with Managers and Directors of HR to C-Level executes
- Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive
- Industry focus: Pharma, CDMO, Logistics & Distribution (LSP, Packaging, Cold Chain), and Manufacturing (Targeted Accounts)
Qualifications:
- Min. High school education or equivalent experience
- SaaS/software sales experience
- 3 + years of experience in sales
- Desire to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
- Passionate about our client’s needs and have excellent listening, presentation and selling skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative
- Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal English language required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment
- Team spirit and a positive, flexible approach
