Responsibilities
1. Proactive Outreach:
- Using various channels such as email campaigns, LinkedIn, and cold calling to reach out and establish connections with potential clients and partners,
- Craft compelling messages and engage in personalized outreach efforts to effectively communicate our value proposition.
2. Client Meetings and Presentations:
- Conduct initial meetings with new prospects to understand their requirements and present our offerings,
- Preparing presentations and related materials.
3. Relationship Building and Management:
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication to strengthen relationships and address client needs,
- Negotiate, prepare offers, and conclude new business deals,
- Nurture existing relationships to foster long-term partnerships and maximize opportunities for collaboration.
4. Market Research and Reporting:
- Exploring market trends, identifying opportunities, and recommend strategic approaches to capitalize on emerging prospects,
- Providing insightful reports of the results.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related roles (preferably in IT and/or similar industry),
- Familiar with sales tools such as Apollo, HunterIO, etc.
- Familiar with CRM software,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Basic knowledge about software development technologies and services,
- Strategic mindset, flexibility, and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions,
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
