We are looking for:
Business Development / Sales Manager
Belgrade
An ambitious and energetic person to help us expand our business and pool of clients. You will be the face of our company – the one that is going to be dedicated to create and apply an effective sales and business development strategy considering our education revenue stream.
Responsibilities
- Development and execution of a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Development and execution of a sales strategy focused on education
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails or other communication channels
- Arrangement and leading business development meetings with leads and prospects
- Continual research to identify new market niches and clients’ needs
- Suggesting appropriate products/services portfolio expansion
- Promotion of the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Preparation of sales contracts and proposals
- Keeping records of sales and business development activities using CRM app
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Become the company’s face through internal and external events related to business opportunities
- Coordination of sales and business development effort with team members
Requirements
- BSc/BA degree (preferable Faculty of organizational sciences or faculty with programming/software/IT background or in similar relevant field)
- 3+ years of proven working experience in business development and sales
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Become a driving force for generating new sales leads and contacts
Desirable
- Knowledge of Scrum Framework or other Agile methodology
- Developed network of contacts in middle/top management of local companies
