Job Summary:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. You are expected to document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate solutions for implementing Inovatec's products to meet clients' needs.
You will lead client discovery focusing on Inovatec's standard product set up and be accountable to cross link requirements, solutions and testing through a full traceability matrix.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery phase of projects to document clients' business requirements and project scope, using the Business Requirements Document (BRD). Responsible for obtaining client signoff on BRD.
- Document a set of conditions and outcomes that must be for project to be considered completed by preparing the Acceptance Criteria (AC). Responsible to obtain client signoff on AC.
- Lead internal and client resources to solution system implementations based on Inovatec's standard product set up.
- Define and document end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy and ensure our deliverables successfully pass this testing prior to engaging clients is business UAT.
- Link the business requirements, system solution and end-to-end testing by using Inovatec's standard Traceability Matrix.
- Lead client onboarding by providing client training sessions, and facilitate business UAT by end users. Represent the first point of contact for addressing client questions and concerns during UAT and client onboarding phase of the project.
- Understand market gaps, focused but not limited to gaps between US and Canadian market, and design solutions for bridging those gaps, focusing on understanding of our clients' operations and how our systems can or should be used in those environments.
- Contribute to the expansion of Inovatec's business and revenue by sharing the learnings and insights with Leadership and proposing solutions that will contribute to business growth.
- Provide project managers with regular and timely updates on project progress, dependencies, and risks related to Implementation Consulting tasks.
- Participate in weekly L10 meetings and other internal activities as defined from time to time.
Here's what you bring
- 3+ years of SAAS implementation experience, preferably FinTech
- University diploma, certificate, degree or equivalent work experience
- Self-starter, achievement-oriented, motivated and proven problem solving
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the financial industry or accounting principles is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills and subject matter knowledge
