
CRM & Sales Assistant

Are you looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills? And do you want to gain experience with professional sales administration? We are a part of an international award-winning company developing, marketing and producing content for the web. We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented assistant to support our Business Development team (full-time).
Role:
As our CRM & Sales Assistant your key objective will be to support the Business Development team and take ownership of your tasks. You will be working closely with your colleagues and quickly acquire an insight into various business activities.Ongoing training and education will be a natural element in the job and you will become part of our dedicated Business Development team located in Niš - Serbia.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain our current CRM system
- Help create sales documents according to specifications
- Ensure good implementation of sales agreements
- Maintain various overviews of sales availabilities
- Assist with migration to a new CRM system
- Support sales efforts
- Assist with M&A integrations
- Help map and optimise standard operating procedures
- Maintain efficient processes for the Business Development team
- Ad hoc practicalities
Preferred qualifications:
- Fluent English (other languages will be considered an asset)
- Experience in a similar back-office role
- Excellent attention to details
- Structured, good at prioritising tasks
Desired skills and qualifications:
You are very structured with a strong analytical mindset. You have a passion for delivering highly accurate work and you possess excellent English communications skills. Your interpersonal skills are well developed as well as your sense of urgency. Though not essential, an interest for sports betting or casino games would be considered assets.
