Client Service Officer
You will work together with our sales team to ensure clients get solutions that fits their needs. Along with your coworkers and team leader, you will be responsible for technical implementation and configuration, which will require direct communication with technical representatives of clients.
Client Services Officer job also includes testing of final products, as well as education, monitoring and support after the product is implemented. You will be contacted via phone, chat and mail and along with our developers, you will resolve any issues as that may occur.
Our tech support is nonstop, which will require working in shifts. You will rotate between morning, evening and night shifts. Working language in the company is English, so good knowledge is a must.
What are we looking from our candidates:
We hire for personality and train for skill. For us, most important thing is that you are interested in new technologies, willing to improve yourself, have a flexible way of thinking and that you are a communicative person. Along that, you will probably recognize yourself in one of the following skills:
- Interest in technology and its understanding
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
- Proactive approach to job
- Willingness to help clients
- It is a necessity for you to be able to work in different shifts.
It is a beneficial, but not required if also you meet one or more of the following conditions:
- Experience in Financial Markets (FX, CFD, Stocks, etc.)
- Experience in working in tech support/ working with clients
- Knowledge of system development
- Experience in QA.
