Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT equipment maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of network equipment and infrastructure
  • B category driver's license, active driver
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Talent for organization and creativity
  • Ready to take responsibility
  • Willingness to work overtime, in the afternoon, on weekends and work onsite
  • Meticulous and systematic
  • Adherence to the procedures and processes of the service and warehouse department
  • Knowledge of the ticketing system and working with fiscal printers is an advantage

Job description:

  • Fault detection and diagnostics on electronic devices
  • Reparation-Replacement of devices at the customer's address and service center
  • Reception of the equipment for repair
  • Dispatch of equipment from service
  • Administration of work orders
  • Keeping records of malfunctions
  • Working onsite 85% of working time
  • Servicing of fiscal printers
