Responsibilities
- Address incoming requests from new and existing customers as they relate to billing,
account management, and general customer service
- Assist customers while expanding your technical knowledge
- Assess customer needs, educate the customer about their account, and document
interactions through contact tracking
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through genuine care for our customer’s
success
- Provide service and support to guarantee successful customer onboarding and retention
- Use technical skills to provide troubleshooting for websites, email and domain names
- Assist customers over the phone, via live chat, and through email in a friendly and
professional manner
- Use problem solving skills to resolve issues in the best interest of both the customer and
the company
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact
the customer’s experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with genuine care for customers
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to resolve issues from customers and leave them with a positive experience
- General technical aptitude and an interest in learning new technologies
- Experience in a call center or helpdesk environment, customer service/retention, or help desk capacity preferred
- Experience creating or hosting websites preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
