Job location: Remote / Serbia
Responsibilities
- Address incoming requests from new and existing customers as they relate to billing,
account management, and general customer service - Assist customers while expanding your technical knowledge
- Assess customer needs, educate the customer about their account, and document
interactions through contact tracking - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through genuine care for our customer’s
success - Provide service and support to guarantee successful customer onboarding and retention
- Use technical skills to provide troubleshooting for websites, email and domain names
- Assist customers over the phone, via live chat, and through email in a friendly and
professional manner - Use problem solving skills to resolve issues in the best interest of both the customer and
the company - Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact
the customer’s experience
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with genuine care for customers
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to resolve issues from customers and leave them with a positive experience
- General technical aptitude and an interest in learning new technologies
- Experience in a call center or helpdesk environment, customer service/retention, or help desk capacity preferred
- Experience creating or hosting websites preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken

Tesko napredovanje, nemogucnost pomeranja s projekta i strah od klijenata kojima menadzment firme ne sme nista da kaze. Klijent s tobom moze da radi sta god zeli, ako kaze da brises podove, ti ces to raditi i nemas mnogo izbora. Ako pokazes da ne zelis, dolazis u sukob s njim i odmah ide nekakav proces tesiranja tvog performansa, kao pripreme pored otkaz. Ja sam radio kod klijenta od cijeg tehnickog direktora se svi boje i mole se da on ustane na pravu nogu. Politika isplate plata je cudna, druga cifra svakog meseca nikada ne znas kolika je zapravo tvoja plata, pa se pricalo da zakidaju na sitno, ne znam koliko je tacno. Oko povecanja, to je svima isto u smislu da ne treba puno da se cimas jer onaj sto radi puno ce dobiti na kraju isto povecanje kao i ti koji si blejao i radio jos jedan posao sa strane. Sto se zaposlenja tice, klasican outsourcing sa ljudima koji porodicno vode firmu, direktorka ljudskih resursa je to postala sa pozicije cs u ncr - potvrdjujem komentar od preko koji mesec da samo rodjaci i prijatelji prolaze te referal programe. Jedino im je finansijski direktor profesionalan i dobar covek. Organizacija je kao i ok, ali menadzeri projekata su uglavnom ljudi koji klimaju glavom a ne oni koji znaju da rade posao. Poneki medju njima politicki optereceni i agresivni.
