Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to resolve issues or guide customers
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Assist in the creation of user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Monitor and track customer service metrics to ensure the highest level of service quality
- Assist with special projects and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-focused attitude
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
