Customer Support Specialist



Sealit is looking for a Customer Support Specialist, who is detail oriented, self-driven, passionate and ambitious! We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist for a B2B SaaS Product. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, helpful & supportive individual who is also a team player.

We are excited to work with someone who is highly motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and is happy to work with a remote team.

Your Mission: Providing B2B client support mainly via chat and email. Managing clients’ requests & collaborating with our QA team in order to improve our solution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team, Customer Success team & QA team
  • Becoming the first point of contact with our customers & our brand
  • Help with definition of new product features from client feedback
  • Proactively manage all forms of client communications via chat, email in HubSpot platform
  • Improve customer service daily while building customer satisfaction
  • Answer incoming clients’ inquiries timely and accurately
  • Customer Success team support via supporting active users
  • QA team support via collecting customer feedback etc.
  • Diligently follow up both with other teams and customers

Your Key Skills:

  • 1+ year experience at a high growth B2B Tech Start-up driving Customer Support
  • Excellent English language – Equivalent C1 level
  • Proactive & problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication & customer care skills
  • Self-motivated & strong multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Support and SaaS B2B environment will be considered as an advantage
  • Previous experience with HubSpot Customer Support platform will be considered as an advantage
  • You’re passionate about communication & building a brand image
