CETIN Serbia is a provider of fixed and mobile infrastructure services to telco operators, internet service providers and other companies in the Serbian and regional market and was founded in 2020 after undergoing a legal separation from Telenor Serbia

We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist in our team of 5-6 skilled security professionals, specialists and experts. The team, together with its regional counterparts is responsible for the security infrastructure while supporting the work of other security related activities.

As Cyber Security Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, maintenance and troubleshooting network and IT security systems.You will also work closely with other security, infrastructure, and network teams in a regional environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Support in operations with security infrastructure
• Documenting integrations, technical specifications, defects and operations with security infrastructure
• Support handling and reporting of cyber attacks
• Configuration of security tools according to security standards/best practices
• System administration of security tools: software upgrades, patching
• Analysis of existing configuration/setup, improving/changing the setup of security infrastructure according to current standards
• Operation and monitoring of Anti-DDoS, IDS (Intrusion Detection System), IPS (Intrusion Prevention System), WAF (Web Application Firewall, SCB (Shell Control Box), EPP (Endpoint Protection solutions such as antivirus, anti-malware, DLP)
• Supporting other teams with IT security initiatives, issues and incidents

Key responsibilities:

• Detection, analysis and mitigation of cyber attacks and/or potential misuse of IT and network resources
• Introduction of new rules and definitions to security systems, according to security trends and standards
• Spreading cyber security awareness

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• College or University Degree of IT, Computer Science and/or networking
• High integrity character
• Good understanding of IP networks and IT systems
• Commitment to continually be up to date with current technology
• Capable of driving and leading improvements and change
• Exceptional team player, capable of working independently
• Thinking “outside the box”
• Fluent in English and Serbian
