Data Warehouse SAP Consultant

Due to their expansion, we are searching for motivated DWH Consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Modelling and implementation of complex data model, reporting and planning solutions
• Preparing and providing standard views and data sets to enable self-service BI users
• Supporting in the development of data models, enhancements and maintenance of existing BI solutions
• Establishment of best-practice data models, especially based on SAP data
• Optimization of the data warehouse infrastructure with regard to performance and real-time data provisioning
• Automation of manual processes
• Service oriented assistance and guidance for business analysts

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline with a business information technology focus
• Minimum three years of experience in the data warehouse and reporting environment
• Demonstrated practice in SAP BW, SAP HANA and SQL
• Knowledge of current architecture and data warehouse solutions including cloud data warehouses
• Experience in the migration from SAP BW to BW/4 HANA and modelling based on graphical views as well as SQL
• Knowledge in any of the modern data visualization / BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC)
• Experience in a graphical ETL tool, e.g. Alteryx
• Profound experience in the use and/or extraction of data from SAP ERP systems
• Fluent language skills in English
