Design Intern @ A.Team:
This role offers the chance to contribute to a growing startup with a positive culture focused on teamwork and mutual growth. A.Team offers a supportive environment where team members are encouraged to grow and explore new creative avenues. Remote work flexibility, with occasional events at our NYC clubhouse (NYC-based candidates preferred but not required).
*Note - this is a part-time position with the expectation to work 20-30 hrs/week for 3 months. Starting rate is $18/hr.
In this role, you will...
Design and conceptualize social media assets, research PDFs, event graphics, blog hero images, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
Utilize Webflow to create and manage simple landing pages.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Lead Designer, supporting the marketing team and contributing to broader company projects.
About you:
- Solid background in visual design and art direction.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design, with the ability to wireframe and design web pages.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential.
- Passionate about design
Bonus points for:
Experience with video editing and animation (After Effects, C4D, Spline, or Rive) is highly desirable.
Illustration skills and branding experience are significant advantages.
