Responsibilities
• Setup new desktops with Windows operating systems, anti-virus software, printers, scanners, and load software applications
• Setup and configure user accounts and locally installed applications
• Install and Support Microsoft Office
• Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users in the organization, ability to work and resolve hardware and software problems
• Setup, Configure and troubleshoot VoIP phones
• Network cabling at desktops and switches
Skills
• Excellent working user knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Excellent desktop software knowledge including Microsoft Office, browsers, and anti-virus programs
• Strong background troubleshooting and supporting Windows Operating Systems
• Good working knowledge of basic networking, including TCP/IP, Network cabling, and network troubleshooting tools and commands
Qualifications
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Min 1-3 years related experience
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload
• Excellent Customer Service in Face-to-Face, Telephone or Electronic Interaction with End Users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for technology, systems, and customer support
