Here’s what you will do:
> Responsible for providing efficiency, availability and configuration of the SaaS platform
> Build new tools for engine configuration and monitoring
> Create processes and integrate them with standard monitoring tools
> Build customer portal to provide information about current status of running services
> Perform day to day release and support the new versions of software
> Troubleshoot and analyze defects and performance issues
> Communicate with clients to manage deployments across multiple environments and ensure availability of the software
> Experience in DevOps (or related), Infrastructure Support or System administration at least 3 years
> Hands on in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting the Linux/Unix and Windows systems
> Experience in networking and virtualization (VMware ESXi, Xen, Citrix or KVM, LXC containers)
> Scripting experience: Bash, Groovy-lang, Python
> Understanding CI/CD concepts and you are able to deliver using common tools like Jenkins
> Understanding of security and network protocols, such as SFTP, VPN, HTTP(S), and SSH
> Familiarity with databases (Oracle and/or PostgeSQL databases or basic SQL concepts)
> Shell would be a plus as well as familiarity with Cloud computing (AWS, GCP)
> Familiarity with Java/JBoss, Docker, JMX, RMI, JBOSS app server and MQSeries experience is a plus
> Goal-oriented interpersonal and communications skills with team members and customers
> Capacity to set priorities and deliver solutions in time
> Good written and verbal English language communication skills with an ability to work effectively in a global team environment
