We have partnered with one of the leading banking and financial groups in Serbia. Due to their further development, we are searching for a Digital Product Owner to join our team.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Participates in implementing the bank's strategy for continuous development of digital channels and sales processes.
- Responsible for achieving set goals in terms of the offering and quality of digital channels, increasing the number of digital users and digital transactions.
- Keeps up with trends in the development of digital services and offerings on the market.
- Participates in the budgeting process and annual activity planning.
- Defines requirements for improving digital services in line with the needs of clients and other stakeholders in the bank, monitors the process cycle from ideation through elaboration, implementation, and results monitoring.
- Defines customer journeys for improving digital services in collaboration with the CX team.
- Prepares user stories and all details of requirements for development, as well as the adequacy and profitability of proposed improvements.
- Monitors the achievement of expected results from implemented improvements.
- Directly liaises with software solution providers for digital services, external consultants, organizations, and other legal entities to execute tasks.
- Participates in continuous monitoring, reporting, and analysis of departmental business goal achievement.
- Performs activities in accordance with professional, regulatory, and group standards, established procedures, acts, and decisions of the Bank's bodies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (VII/VI degree), in economics, technical, social sciences, or similar fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same or similar positions in banking.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Proficiency in English.
