We seek a Digital Project/Account Manager to join our team.
This is an end-to-end role, taking the client from initial business development (working with senior team members to prepare proposals and agreements) through daily project management (working closely with our Creative Director, Head of Strategy, and design and development teams, and being the point of contact for all client communications) to project delivery.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including creating and launching brands, websites, web applications, and advertising campaigns, working closely with our design, development, and management teams.
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital Project / Account Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver projects of high quality within their digital lifecycle on time and within budget requirements.
This role will be client-facing with English-speaking clients. Your English must be excellent (written and spoken), and you must be very comfortable with client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end management of client projects
- Help prepare proposals and agreements for new clients - Scope project requirements (functional and technical specification) and prepare a budget
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
- Develop a detailed project plan (timeline and budget) and monitor the progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and execute digital projects
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our work according to client needs and objectives, ensuring quality standards are met
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to mitigate them
- Proactively seek opportunities for improving our processes, both internally and on projects
- Forecast and track key projects metrics and prepare reports and statuses
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Digital Project / Account Manager
- Hands-on experience with project management software (Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Jira, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- BSc in Project management, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a relevant field is a plus
- SEO, Google Analytics, and Social Marketing knowledge are a plus
- Solid experience with CRM tools is a plus
