Job Description:
The Digitalization Lead will spearhead the digital transformation of Mjob's student services business unit. This role is pivotal in coordinating the development and continuous improvement of the Mjob app and website, ensuring a top-notch user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX). Additionally, the role involves optimizing work processes and managing automated marketing and digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital transformation initiatives for the student services business unit.
- Coordinate the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Mjob app and website.
- Focus on improving UX and CX to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
- Optimize internal work processes through digital tools and automation.
- Develop and manage automated marketing strategies and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to keep Mjob at the forefront of innovation.
Necessary Experiences and Competences:
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation, digital product management, digital marketing, e-commerce or a similar role.
- Proven experience in coordinating app and website development projects.
- Strong background in UX and CX best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing, including automated marketing and digital advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing work processes through digital solutions.
Competences:
Marketing Communication:
- Experience in leading digital marketing campaigns, including strategy development, execution, and analysis.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Ability to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of web and mobile app development technologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, CRM and CMS platforms).
- Knowledge and experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, Reddit, …)

- Ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.
