We are looking for a Director of Business Development to lead our growth strategy and expand 1Click’s presence in the Serbian market. You will be responsible for building a strong partner network, driving B2B and B2C sales, and leading marketing initiatives to position 1Click as a leading e-commerce and BNPL platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain partnerships with retail and online merchants.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead negotiations with key partners.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and brand positioning in coordination with external agencies.
- Collaborate with product and risk teams to align business and financial goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of installment sales models, consumer financing, or credit mechanisms.
- Proven track record in B2B partnership development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in English
