About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Project & Website Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, and the ability to translate ideas into functional, compliant, and high-performing websites.

As the key link between business goals and web execution, you’ll be responsible for shaping the vision of each online store — defining how it should look, feel, and perform, including pricing logic, customer experience, and overall functionality.

You will work closely with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure every site aligns with both strategic intent and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic concept and visual direction for new e-commerce websites
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure projects are delivered in line with expectations, timeline, and business goals
• Create product pricing packages that are commercially viable and aligned with compliance standards
• Coordinate and QA final web implementations; perform small updates directly when needed
• Purchase and manage traffic sources based on business goals
• Perform regular checks on partner websites to ensure they meet agreed standards and guidelines (mystery shopper-style testing)
• Ensure all websites are fully optimized for usability, performance, and compliance with payment providers
• Monitor and audit merchant activity, ensuring adherence to contractual terms

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce project management, UX/UI planning, or digital operations
• Ability to structure pricing and offer packages with clarity and logic
• Excellent communication skills for working with design, tech, and marketing teams
• Ability to think strategically while managing operational execution
• Experience with traffic acquisition and performance tracking is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms is a bonus
