As an ERP Administrator, you will act as the Business Owner for our ERP system and ensure its smooth operation, development, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Your role will combine technical responsibility with cross-functional collaboration, giving you a key position in shaping data-driven processes and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP administration and system maintenance

• Maintain and administer the ERP system landscape
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and performance tuning
• Manage users, roles, and licenses
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient ERP operations

2. Business ownership and key point of contact

• Serve as the Business Owner for the ERP system
• Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related topics across departments
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize functional requirements
• Support analysis and optimization of business processes

3. System customization and further development

• Configure forms, workflows, and fields based on internal needs
• Perform or coordinate minor system development tasks
• Document system architecture, configurations, and changes
• Conduct system testing and validations

4. Report and dashboard creation

• Design and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports
• Build KPI dashboards to support operational and strategic decisions
• Define reporting standards and ensure data consistency
• Support integration with BI and reporting tools

5. Job and workflow management

• Automate recurring ERP processes and monitor their execution
• Create and maintain operational workflows
• Troubleshoot job failures and perform error analysis
• Coordinate interfaces with related systems (i.e., finance, CRM, production)

Your Profile

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or related field
• Experience in ERP administration or consulting is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of databases, interfaces, and process automation
• Structured and analytical work approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• High level of initiative and reliability
• Fluency in German would be a plus
