Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled ETL/BI Developer to join our international and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with data integration and business intelligence tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes and BI solutions to support our data-driven decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes
- BI Reporting: Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards
- Collaboration: Resolve support tickets and work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize ETL processes and BI reports for performance and scalability.
- Documentation: Document ETL processes, data flows, and BI solutions to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in QlikView and/or Microsoft Power BI for BI reporting.
- Strong experience in at least one of ETL tools: Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle
- Data Integrator and/or Azure Data Factory
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions, particularly Azure
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Certification in any of the mentioned technologies.
- Knowledge of Italian language
